Stronger Leaner with Tammy

Stronger Leaner group training is coming September 14th!

This weekly group training session will be led by Tammy Bixler and held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm in the training room.  First session is 9/14 and will go through 11/16. This is a 10 week course, rooted in fundamental exercises coupled with a progressive overload program. We are working on shifting from temporary training goals to a more sustainable lifestyle approach. 


Stronger Leaner is open to all fitness levels. All participants will receive:

  • initial assessment
  • training and nutrition packet
  • continual interaction and input from the trainer throughout the program!

Group training provides community, accountability, motivation, and a fun environment!

Space is limited and we will be adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Sessions can be purchased on the Town and Country app, the Town and Country website, http://www.towncountrysports.com/fitness/group-training-1, from the home page under the fitness tab find Fitness Passport and click on Stronger Leaner, or in person at the front desk.
