Our once-per-week training membership is designed for athletes to maintain strength and reduce injury risk while in their sport season.
Membership Details:
(1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
- Session Duration: 75 to 90 Minutes
- Price: $100.00 + tax
- Pre-registration required for each session via T&C App
- Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks
2x Per Week AMP Membership
Our twice-per-week training membership helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. This focuses on full body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.
Membership Details:
(2) Sessions/Week for (4) Weeks
- Session Duration: 75 to 90 Minutes
- Price: $180.00 + tax
- Pre-registration required for each session via T&C App
- Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks
Unlimited AMP Membership
Our unlimited training membership helps athletes in their off season or during the summer to achieve their desired performance goals. This focuses on full body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.

Unlimited Sessions/Week* for (4) Weeks [*Max. Registration of (4) Sessions/Week]
