TC F.C. - Group Training

Regardless of the sport or age, our T&C Fitness Club Group Training Program has the right option for you, your athlete, or your team! Our certified trainers provide individualized coaching in a small group setting to help you achieve your fitness goals & elevate your training to the next level!

Who Do We Train?

  • Youth Athletes (17 years of age & below)
    • Teams - all sports welcome!
    • Individual athletes - all sports welcome!
      • Individuals are placed into a small group for training
  • Adults (18 years of age & above)
    • Individual adults - all experience levels welcome!
      • Individuals are placed into a small group for training

Group Training Pricing

All Youth Group Training registrations are online. Click below to get your team/player registered now!

  • 1 (1) hr. Session: $35 (1 Session)
  • 4 (1) hr. Sessions: $120 (1 Session per Week)
  • 8 (1) hr. Sessions: $200 (2 Sessions per Week)

  • Dave Maley - 8 Session Youth Athlete Program (2 Sessions/Week)
    • Program Dates: July 6th - July 29th
    • Choose a time that works best:
      • 3:00 - 4:00pm or
      • 4:15 - 5:15pm
      • **July 7th & July 8th will only be 3:00-4:00pm
    • Choose 2 days that work best: Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays

  • Tammy Bixler - 10 Session Adult Group Training Program (1 Session/Week for 10 total weeks)
    • Program Dates: September 12th - November 15th
    • Choose which date works best for you:
      • Monday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00pm or
      • Tuesday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00am
